By using DjiCar's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DjiCar's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DjiCar.

Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- be at least 21 years of age (or 25 for certain vehicle categories);
- hold a valid driver's licence recognised in Benin;
- provide accurate and complete registration information.

Our services
DjiCar provides the following services:
- short-term and long-term vehicle rentals;
- vehicle sales and purchase assistance;
- wedding car rentals;
- chauffeur-driven cars.

Payment terms
The following payment terms apply:
- all prices are quoted in West African CFA francs (FCFA);
- payment must be made in full before the vehicle is handed over;
- a security deposit is required and is refunded after the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection;
- late returns may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

User responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- use the vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and regulations;
- keep the vehicle in good condition during the rental period;
- report any accident or damage immediately;
- return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received.

Prohibited uses
You may not:
- use the vehicle for illegal activities, or for commercial purposes without authorisation;
- sublet or transfer the vehicle to another person;
- drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- take the vehicle outside Benin without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability
DjiCar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period, subject to the terms of any insurance coverage.

Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of Benin. Arbitration shall take place in Cotonou, Benin.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
