By using DjiCar's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DjiCar's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DjiCar.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age (or 25 for certain vehicle categories)
- Possess a valid driver's license recognized in Benin
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Our Services
DjiCar provides the following services:
- Short-term and long-term vehicle rentals
- Vehicle sales and purchase facilitation
- Wedding car rental services
- Chauffeur-driven car services
Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- All prices are quoted in West African CFA Franc (FCFA)
- Payment must be made in full before vehicle delivery
- Security deposits are required and will be refunded after vehicle return, subject to inspection
- Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Use the vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition during the rental period
- Report any accidents or damage immediately
- Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from:
- Using the vehicle for illegal activities or commercial purposes without authorization
- Subletting or transferring the vehicle to another person
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Taking the vehicle outside Benin without prior written consent
Limitation of Liability
DjiCar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period, subject to the terms of any insurance coverage.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Benin. The arbitration shall take place in Cotonou, Benin.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Modifications to Terms
